Just writing to share an informal portrait of a local friend.  The shot is somewhere between candid and posed... we hadn't planned the session but when she saw my props, Nicole wanted to explore her look.  She loves hair in her eyes which, in this photo, didn't diminish her beautiful eyes showing.  I too, love just a bit of the wild look.  Since the pose was unplanned, I hadn't taken time to set up a rim light but with her blending into the dark background, it matches her personality just a bit.

I admit that I'm a pretty miserable blogger!  After all, it's been months since I posted anything, but hey.... at least my content is good.  <LOL>

Let me begin 2015 by showing off two of our grandchildren.  They live in Tucson and were here for the recent Christmas holidays.  We do love them and think they are so much fun when they visit BUT their energy level drives us nuts!  <LOL>  If you're a grandparent, you know what I'm talking about.
